How do I join SoulCircle?
As a patron, you enter the SoulCircle Reward Programme as a Soma member by making your first purchase of over ₹5000 at our exclusive brand outlets or on our web store. A total purchase of over ₹25,000 grants you elegant benefits as a Pavaka member. A cumulative purchase of over ₹50,000 offers bespoke offerings as a Vyoma member.

How many points do I get on my purchase?
Soma members earn 5% points, Pavaka members earn 10% points, and Vyoma members earn 15% points with every purchase.

What is the value of 1 point?
1 Reward point equals ₹1 within the SoulCircle Reward Programme.

Where can I check the balance of my points?
You can check the status of your membership points in the My Account section on www.soultree.in

How can I redeem my points?
To redeem your points:
. Add desired products to your cart.
. On the Check Out page, find the Redeem Points Button.
. Select points to redeem.
. Get OTP, enter it on the website to redeem. -
Can points be transferred?
Points earned through the SoulCircle Reward Programme are non-transferable.

Can I convert my points to cash?
Points earned cannot be redeemed as cash or credit.

Can points be redeemed at other stores?
Points may only be redeemed at SoulTree outlets or the website.

Can these points be redeemed on websites such as Amazon or Nykaa, which carry SoulTree products?
Points cannot be redeemed on marketplaces like Amazon or Nykaa.

What would happen to my points if I returned my order?
Since we do not have a return policy, your Loyalty Points as well as your order shall remain with you.

What is the validity period of these points?
Membership points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How many points can I redeem in one purchase?
You can redeem all available points in one purchase or across multiple purchases.

What will happen if my cart value is more than the points that I have?
Pay the extra amount. For example, if your cart is ₹2500 and you have 100 points (₹100), you'll pay ₹2400/- (with taxes) to complete the transaction.
